Some plants are poisonous but don't freak out. That doesn't mean if you have a house plant that is poisonous you should throw it away. All these precautions are for pets mostly because we will definitely never eat out house plants or outdoor ones too. They will cause health issues, again when contacted with eyes or consumed, so just keep them away from your naughty kids and pets who pick around plants!

1. Rubber plant

Rubber plants are rubber trees. Its white milky sap contains latex, which is originally used to make rubber.
Although being an interior designer's number one choice of a plant, its sap is poisonous to our pets and small children, so if small children get in contact they won't die, but it can cause some health issues so the best thing is to not get in contact with its sap.
2. Anthurium or flamingo flowers

Definitely, a beauty to brighten your space with its stunning appearance, but if swallowed it can cause a painful burning sensation in your mouth, and on some occasions blusters form in the mouth.
3. Peace lily

Peace lilies are a low maintenance plant, often taken due to their amazing vibrant flowers, however, they can be poisonous to us and our pets causing vomiting, drooling, and other issues.
4. Snake plant

A well-known plant for its unbelievable amount of beauty packed in each and every one of its leaves.
Snake plants will cause nausea if large amounts are consumed and vomiting including several more issues.
5. Areca palm

6. ZZ plant, AKA lucky plant

They are beautiful plants with shiny laves as their popular attraction, therefore they are noxious to humans and pets.
